Please note that it is your responsibility to check that your purchases will fit through doors, staircases and lifts in their packaging before you place your order. Product dimensions are included in the Product Information on our website.
Most orders are processed within 2 business days upon receiving the order. Orders placed before 1:00pm (GMT+8:00) should be received within 2-7 business days. We use local couriers to facilitate the delivery of our small items’ deliveries. Large appliances include washers, dryers, chest freezer, commercial chillers, refrigerators or televisions. We are unable to deliver on Sundays, Public Holidays, or at specific times (e.g. at 9am, before 5pm, after 7pm etc). Shipping fee is not inclusive of any additional costs such as installation or 3rd party fees. Shipping fees will not be refunded for items returned.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Order processing may take a longer time during peak or festive seasons.
There are times where order processing time will take longer than usual, such as Pre-Order items or hot selling items that may run out of stock. Should there be such a situation, Customer Support will contact you to on the soonest available date. If you do not agree to wait for the provided date, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund to you. Please refer to the Refund and Return Policy for more details.
We will ensure that all products that are shipped have proper packaging but we do not warranty that damages or poor handling by third parties may occur during transit.

Customers may choose the Self Pick up option for most products or purchases upon check out. The pick up location will be set to our headquarters at Asianeka Jaya Sdn Bhd No. 34-36, Jalan Kemuning 1, Taman Kemuning, Senawang, 70400 Seremban, Negeri Sembilan by default. However, if you need the purchase to be transferred for pick up at a different location, please state your request clearly in the remarks section of the order or contact us via email at custcare@asianekajaya.com or WhatsApp at +6012 607 1921 (within 12 hours or making the purchase).
By choosing this option, you agree and understand that the order will require some processing time and will not be available for self pick up instantly, especially if the product needs to be transferred to a desired location. Upon being ready for pick up, you will be contacted via the phone number or email you provided for the order. We will not be responsible or held liable for any losses or consequential losses if you pick up from any our branches before the order is ready or if the request is not clearly communicated with us.
A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by courier services, especially during peak seasons or other unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, pandemic, war, riot, state of emergency, movement control order or abrupt termination of the third party services). Although orders normally take much less time than that, we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed or unless the parcel has been confirmed as lost by the courier service.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
We do not provide any delivery services beyond the borders of Malaysia. Any purchase to be delivered outside of Malaysia will only be delivered to you at a local address, the rest of the shipping arrangements will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping to East Malaysia is restricted to selected items, typically for items below a volumetric weight of 30kg. Should there be any special request, you may contact us at custcare@asianekajaya.com.
Some addresses have delivery restrictions. This is especially for condominiums, private apartments and offices located in the central business district (CBD). Please check with your building management (JMB/JMC) if there are any delivery restrictions before confirming your delivery details with us, so that we can make the appropriate arrangements in advance.

You are required to place any deposit to the building management for moving goods into their premises if necessary.
Should your building management reject admittance of our delivery team, delivery will be rescheduled (please ensure permission is obtained by your building management for the new delivery date) with a reschedule fee of 10% for orders valued below RM1000, or RM200 for orders valued RM1000 and above.
Please refer to the shipping fee calculated upon check out. Shipping costs are calculated based on the volumetric weight and location of each purchased product and it may differ from time to time based on the charges imposed by courier services.
There will be an additional surcharge for buildings without lifts or if your goods or products cannot fit into the lift hence the delivery team has to use the stairway (Please refer to our customer support of the said charges). Our delivery service only covers addresses within 30 meters from the unloading point. An additional RM80 surcharge/item will be collected by the delivery service provider for addresses outside this scope.
In the event of unsuccessful delivery due to an unattended recipient address upon arrival of goods, there will be no refund of shipping fees. Should the delivery need to be rescheduled, additional charges will apply.
Shipping costs may be waived or reduced during certain promotion periods, using voucher codes, discount codes or automatically adjusted based on certain criteria. Users of the site may have to login with a valid user account to enjoy such benefits. Asianeka Jaya Sdn Bhd reserves the right to update, remove or amend any part of the shipping policy at any time without prior notice.
In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and the Bahasa Malaysia version of this policy, the English version shall prevail over the Bahasa Malaysia version.
