Return and Refund Policy

At Asianeka Jaya Online we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases.

We recommend you read our Returns and Refund Policy prior to making any purchase from our platform, so you are familiar with our policy on refunds & returns and your legal rights and remedies. We also recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you or that you collect from one of our stores, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.

We have a 7-days return policy for purchases from Asianeka Jaya Online platform (https://www.asianekajaya.com), which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the goods must be in new condition and returned in the original selling condition and unopened packaging along with all original accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and any free gifts, vouchers received with your goods. The product must not have been used, tempered or installed or had any data inputted. You must have proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).

To start a return, you can contact us at custcare@asianekajaya.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, hence you will not be getting a refund.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and perishable goods (such as food). Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Display unit, demo unit, auction items and clearance goods are strictly non-refundable. You are required to make a complete inspection to assess the item before purchasing. These items are sold on “as is, where is” basis.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or otherwise. If your return is valid, we will process your refund or replacement, based on what you have indicated to our Customer Support. If it’s valid, we will reimburse you with a refund through the same mode of payment that was made in the original purchase. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If your return is not valid, we will notify you and arrange the items to be returned. For the items to be returned, a delivery fee will be chargeable. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
